$27.7B: Dealers’ Contributions to Virginia’s Economy

The latest economic impact numbers from Virginia dealers have been disclosed by NADA. In 2021, Virginia’s 449 dealerships directly employed more than 30,000 people, plus another nearly 31,000 in indirect or induced roles. And, dealers continue to be the state’s leading retail contributor to the state tax base, funneling $1.2 billion to the Commonwealth.
